Quebec - Quebec to Chalk River: 3000 to 3999
Algoma: 4000 to 4999
Manitoba: 5000 to 6999
Saskatchewan: 7000 to 7999
Alberta: 8000 to 8999
British Columbia (including the Esquimalt & Nanaimo Ry): 9000 to 9999
